Four cards are dealt at the start of each hand (a hand is a round or single game). Two cards to the Player and two cards to the Banker.
You can choose to bet on either the Player or the Banker. When the cards are revealed, whichever has a score closest to 9 wins. Both bets have the same payout but a win on the banker may have commission as the banker has a better chance to win. There are two types of commissions:
Lucky 6 → the House takes no commission except when the Banker wins with a 6, in which case a 50% commission is deducted on that game
5% commission → the House takes 5% commission on all Banker wins
If the card score is tied you will be returned your original bet.
All cards from 2 to 9 are counted at their face value and the Ace is counted as 1. Picture cards and tens are worth 0.
Likewise, all combinations of cards totaling 10 are worth 0.
Aside from betting on the Player or the Banker's win, there are additional side bets such as:
- Tie → payoff is 8 to 1
- Player Pair (first 2 cards of the Player are identical) → payoff is 11 to 1
- Banker Pair (first 2 cards of the Banker are identical) → payoff is 11 to 1
- Lucky 6 → payoff is 20 to 1 if the winning banker hand with a face value of six is composed of three cards, and 12 to 1 for a two-card winning hand.
