From the lobby, you can identify “squeeze” tables by this icon:
Slide mode
Tap the back of the card and slide it in any direction to uncover the hidden card.
The card will uncover automatically after a time limit.

Dealer mode
In dealer mode, the cards will uncover automatically, so players only have to bet and wait for the result.
