Disabling Account Access
We want to assure our players that we're providing them with a safe and pleasant experience; that includes empowering them with the ability to bar themselves from our games permanently.
The following Self-Exclusion Policy explains how you can request this type of change and how this change will affect your ability to access GameSpring games and services in the future.

Regardless of your motivations, you may be struggling to exercise control over your gameplay or you simply no longer wish to have a GameSpring account; you can reach our Customer Service team at any moment and request that your account be permanently disabled.
Our Customer Service team will promptly take action on your request, with no personal or private questions asked (for security reasons we will need to confirm account ownership). Please note doing so will be irreversible; your access to our games or services will be PERMANENTLY BLOCKED once the restriction is implemented. There are no exceptions to this permanent change in account status.
Once an account disabling has been performed, GameSpring will continue to take all reasonable steps, in accordance with our policies, to ban any new accounts you create.
