Transaction failed (iTunes)
If you see this error message when trying to make a purchase, please verify that you are connected on iTunes with the same account that you used when downloading Dragon Ace Casino.
For example, if you installed the game with abc@gmail.com you will need to purchase chips with abc@gmail.com.
Using a different account can create issues when purchasing chips.
Purchase limit
There is a daily limit to the number of purchases that can be made from one account.
