If your chips were not deposited immediately, please exit the game and log in again. If you still didn’t receive the chips, you should contact our support. In order to process your issue quickly, please include the receipt that was emailed to you after you made the purchase.
If you wish to get a refund, follow the instructions below for each platform:
1. iTunes purchases
All transactions on iTunes are processed by Apple.
We don’t have access to your billing information so we cannot give refunds. If you wish to get a refund, please visit the iTunes support, click on “iTunes Store” and choose the option you need.
You can also click “report a problem” on the receipt that Apple sent you by email for the purchase.
2. Google Play purchases
All transactions on Google Play are processed by Google.
If you wish to get a refund, you can make a request to Google Play support.
3. Amazon Appstore purchases
All transactions on Amazon Appstore are processed by Amazon.
We don’t have access to your billing information so we cannot give refunds. If you wish to get a refund, please visit the Amazon support and make a refund request.
