3. Click on “Reward Status”
4. Select the related offer in “Rewarded” or “Not Rewarded” tab
5. Click on “Request Support”
6. Input your email address, your comment, and submit your request

2. At the bottom, click on “Missing Chips?”
3. Select your offer within the list and click on “Missing Chips?”
4. Scroll down to the bottom and click on “Submit a support ticket”
5. Input your email, comment and upload screenshots with proof that you’ve completed the offer
